Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Fieldglass Professional to lead the implementation of end-to-end projects from start to finish. This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and integrating with SAP and third-party systems for workforce management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement Fieldglass modules including Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement.
  • Integrate Fieldglass with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
  • Manage requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution workshops.
  • Conduct testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize their contingent workforce processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience with Fieldglass and strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes.
  • Integration experience with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or ECC is essential.
  • Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and client interaction skills are necessary.
