Expert in Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a specialist technical support professional.

You will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, utilizing your knowledge of cloud and container infrastructure to troubleshoot complex issues.

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent degree required.
  • Level 2 Technical Support – TAC - Packet Core expertise is necessary.
  • Fault identification/correction/ reporting skills on specific subsystems and equipment.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area.
  • Identify and solve technical problems.
  • Share knowledge in own professional area.
  • Support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty (emergency duty on rotational basis only for limited time in a month).
