Job Title: VMS Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of VMS Program Coordinator.

Description:

The VMS Program Coordinator will be responsible for owning day-to-day coordination for an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. This includes screening candidates, ensuring high-quality submissions and rate compliance, scheduling interviews, and serving as the single point of contact with the VMS operations team while partnering with U.S. recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.
