Job Title: Digital Fabricator Growth Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will spearhead the development of a loyalty program aimed at enhancing technical expertise and project success among facade & window fabricators in small to medium sized projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Loyalty Program Strategy Execution: Develop and implement initiatives focused on technical certification, advanced training, digital resources, and collaborative innovation platforms that elevate fabricator capabilities without relying on price discounts.
  • Digital Engagement Drive: Lead the deployment of digital tools empowering fabricators to optimize project delivery and showcase professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Consumer Insights Generation: Establish systems to capture qualitative insights from facade & window fabricators and end-users, including project & product feedback, evolving technical needs, and market trends.
  • Certification Capability Building: Develop tiered certification programs recognizing fabricators for excellence in technical expertise and professionalism, solidifying their market leadership and reinforcing brand advocacy.
  • Field Marketing Support: Provide strategic technical guidance, early access to new innovations, and collaboration platforms to the Field Marketing team, enabling sustained consultative relationships with fabricators.
  • Program Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM systems and digital analytics to monitor engagement, gather feedback, track KPIs, and produce actionable reports to optimize loyalty initiatives.
