Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Fabrication Specialists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SAW, and ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Perform welding operations on structural steel components such as beams, columns, base plates, stiffeners, etc.
  • Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).
  • Ensure weld quality as per ASME / AWS / IS / EN standards.
  • Conduct fit-up, tack welding, and final welding as per approved procedures.
  • Work with QA/QC team for weld inspection, NDT clearance, and rework if required.
  • Maintain tools, welding machines, and housekeeping in the work area.
  • Adhere to safety standards (use of PPE, fire watch, hot work permits, etc.).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ITI qualification
  • Minimum 2–7 years of experience in industrial fabrication or construction.
  • Valid Welding Certifications (ASME/AWS/IS preferred).
  • Ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces or at height.
  • Knowledge of materials (CS, SS, alloy steel, etc.)
