About the Opportunity

As a coordinator of projects, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients. You will provide top-notch customer support by responding to incoming queries in a timely fashion, escalating critical issues to our development team and documenting new features for our expanding help center database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries in a timely manner, providing personalized attention and care to resolve all their questions and concerns.
  • Understand and escalate technical bugs and issues to developers, closing out with the client once resolved.
  • Maintain effective communication between internal departments to resolve and understand client issues.
  • Analyze metrics and statistics from our ticketing system to generate reports on time to resolution, classification, and other key information on client tickets.
  • Utilize SQL to query our database to extract relevant information when investigating issues and questions that arise from clients.
