Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

Job Description: Lead and oversee internal projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver internal projects across departments.
  • Manage project resources, timelines, risks, and budgets effectively.
  • Drive RFI/RFP processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Utilize appropriate project management tools and methodologies to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Proactively identify risks and conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously improve processes and frameworks to enhance project delivery outcomes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong project management skills with proven experience handling multiple internal projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in risk management, conflict resolution, and budget management.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and vendor coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
