About the Role


We are seeking a talented Customer Development Executive to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving client retention, renewals, and price increase & up-selling, while ensuring compliance management related to commercial clients.


The successful candidate will work closely with our internal team and external stakeholders to identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner. They will also focus on client retention, renewals, and price increase & up-selling, and provide recommendations and suggestions to the branch for improvement.


We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to use positive language. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a passion for working in a fast-paced commercial environment.


As a Customer Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Focus on client retention, renewals, and price increase & up-selling
  • Compliance management - to identify and resolve customer complaints within specific timelines
  • Alert account management - to identify alert customers and bring the possibility of reviving accounts
  • Provide recommendations and suggestions to the branch for improvement
  • Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts
  • SPOC for branch renewals
  • Total concentration on renewal business only
  • Sole responsible
  • On-time CCM/SQS/SQA
  • Timely terminations
  • Coordination between customers and operations
  • Increase in branch new sales as branch CSEs can focus only on new sales
  • Reduction in outstanding
  • Lead generation

Key Result Areas:



  • Advance renewal follow-up/CCM
  • Customer objection handling - with the help of operations
  • Rewrite renewal letters with PI
  • Regular follow-up for renewal and updating in the renewal portal
  • OCC entry from the renewal portal
  • Timely termination from the renewal portal
  • Outstanding follow-up
  • SQA
