Customer Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Lincer Solution pvt ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling calls, providing product information to employees, managing a team of representatives offering customer support, overseeing the customer service process, resolving customer complaints, creating policies and procedures, planning training and standardization of service delivery, selecting and hiring new staff, monitoring work, conducting quality assurance surveys, and maintaining a pleasant working environment.

About the Role:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Manage and motivate a team of customer support representatives
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year based on location and experience.
