About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations in line with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability.
  • Responsible for Retail Sales, Business Development, and Corporate Sales.
Performance Metrics
  • Exceeding Sales Targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and in-store experience.
  • Maintaining all necessary reports, inventory, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Expanding High-Net-Worth Individual Database - Customer data collection, updating, and maintenance.
  • Defining strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales/Retail Sales.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of retail sales operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands.
  • Languages: Fluent English.
  • Skills:
    • Organized and process-oriented.
    • Brand image concerned.
    • Ability to write reports.
    • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Serious, proactive, and able to handle multinational environments comfortably.
    • Strong computer and analytical skills.
