Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective resolutions to learner inquiries, leveraging technical expertise and product knowledge to address complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that streamline the learner experience and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of learner interactions, using data-driven insights to inform support strategies and optimize performance.
- Design and deliver engaging learning materials, including solution videos, session notes, and FAQs, to empower learners with the information they need to succeed.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of recorded sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to team members.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless integration into the support team.
