  • Develop and maintain detailed records of learner interactions, using data-driven insights to inform support strategies and optimize performance.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning materials, including solution videos, session notes, and FAQs, to empower learners with the information they need to succeed.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of recorded sessions to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to team members.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless integration into the support team.
