Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Cloud HCM Functional Architect to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a highly strategic & visible role to enable successful go-lives for HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a hands-on role to resolve issues in implementation projects.
  • Build POCs during the sales cycle, work on enhancing existing tools & accelerators, build new tools & accelerators.
  • Identify & resolve issues that are encountered during test cycles.
  • Be a subject matter expert in a functional capacity across HCM Cloud modules / have expertise in multiple modules and exposure to the entire HCM Cloud suite.
  • Have exposure to ODA in a functional capacity.
  • Have worked as a functional lead / architect for implementing HCM Cloud for one or more geographies (EMEA, APAC, North America, Latin America).

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

  • Finger on the pulse of cloud technology, analytical problem-solving skills.
