Key Responsibilities

  • Implement successful project management using established methodologies.
  • Lead a project team comprising functional and technical consultants (internal & external).
  • Develop strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret commercial and contractual terms to ensure project delivery aligns with agreed terms & conditions.
  • Support Country Services leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Maintain adherence to PMO Governance & Project Reporting using Project management tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years working experience with at least 8 years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Prior experience working in reputable organizations is essential.
  • Strong software implementation experience in Project Management/Technical Delivery Management is required.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end large / medium software projects using Waterfall & Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud , Originations , Customer Onboarding domains is necessary.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management is desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications are required.
  • Ability to travel is essential.

Desired Skills

  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
