
Customer Success and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our customer success and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional results, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to serving our growing customer base.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer retention, improve user experience, and maximize user engagement and monetization.
- Design and implement customer retention programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment
- Maintain integration between marketing automation and CRM systems and assist in the integration of additional platforms
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide performance data to the marketing team
- Work with management to define key performance indicators, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance
- Develop recommendations to enhance campaigns continuously
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, researching and implementing best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and conduct A/B testing to optimize productivity, conversion rates, program ROI, and sales growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing automation with Clevertap, MOEngage, or similar tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
