Contingent Workforce Program Manager

    As a Contingent Workforce Program Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of reporting dashboards, data sets, and process documentation across the contingent workforce program. You will ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented. Additionally, you will execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders, develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and cost savings processes, and provide financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute reporting dashboards, data sets, and process documentation across the contingent workforce program.
  • Ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and cost savings processes.
  • Provide financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
