Analytics Professional

This role focuses on providing strategic workforce planning and forecasting support to ensure systematic and transparent linkages between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver MI and analytics solutions to the HR function in areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics, and ensure successful global delivery as per agreed KPIs.
  • Utilize technology and analytical tools (R, Python recommended) to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Present findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic basis.
Candidate Profile:
  • Requires hands-on experience using HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics (descriptive and predictive), and forecasting models.
  • Experience in an analytics environment (including MI and reporting), preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in developing, owning, and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plans, and HR reports (e.g. HR Scorecard, HR Functional Dashboard, etc.) to drive meaningful business results.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience designing and building workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting models.
  • Experience in financial planning regarding workforce costs (fixed pay, variable pay, benefits).
  • Leadership skills interpreting HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends.
