Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to ensure that our technology solutions meet the business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive business requirement documents that clearly outline user needs.
  • Plan and execute testing to guarantee traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Conduct thorough functional testing of delivered functionality to verify it meets requirements, documenting issues and driving resolution.
  • Provide expert support to stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing.
  • Offer user training and support for system implementations, including performing user verification testing as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders through proactive engagement and effective management.
  • Take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
  • Supply ongoing support to technology teams as needed, e.g., authoring/reviewing test cases, closing out open issues/questions, managing change request processes, maintaining high-quality UAT plans, issue trackers, promoting visibility within the team and to wider program stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues early, develop mitigating strategies, and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Promote the translation of business requirements into quality technology solutions for front-office platform design.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Indian and international trade finance domain.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards and their application.
