Learning Operations Senior Manager Job Overview:


As a strategic leader in learning operations, you will drive the transformation of learning services by implementing digital solutions and agile methodologies.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the voice of the customer and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with the needs of various business units.
  • Risk & Compliance: Manage risks associated with learning operations and lead change management initiatives to support the implementation of new processes and systems.
