Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) fabrication, welding, painting, and erection processes.
- The ideal candidate will inspect raw materials, components, and structures as per drawings and specifications to guarantee compliance with client requirements, relevant codes/standards, and company procedures.
- Responsibilities include conducting quality checks for welding, bolting, cutting, and assembly processes, and carrying out dimensional inspections of built-up sections, secondary members, and assemblies.
- Our team member will also monitor surface preparation, blasting, and painting/coating quality, prepare inspection reports, and maintain quality records.
This role requires close coordination with production, erection, and project teams to resolve quality issues, ensuring adherence to ISO/IS/ASTM/AISC/MBMA standards and client specifications. The successful candidate will participate in internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives in our quality management system.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control in PEB/Steel Structure fabrication industry.
Requirements Overview:

- Sound knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, SAW, MIG, etc.).
- Understanding of painting and coating standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
