The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Staff to join our team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
- Manage front office operations, including reception, phone calls, and correspondence
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and services
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Staff or similar role in a hospital setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using MS Office and computer applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
- Understanding of medical terminology and hospital procedures is a plus
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
