Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About this Key Role:

  • A seasoned customer success professional with a minimum 5 years of experience in managing major accounts and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Strong technical acumen in cybersecurity with excellent analytical and project management skills to identify opportunities for expansion across the customer's organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to make independent decisions and drive resolution through effective collaboration with tech support teams.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and exceeded performance targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling engagement with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating closely with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
  • Develop customized success plans outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, providing guidance on achieving objectives and measuring progress against these metrics.
  • Work with Account Management teams to secure contract renewals and foster long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leading pilot results presentations and participating in QBRs and ABRs with key accounts.
