Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to understand their business challenges and lead the development of innovative GenAI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business objectives, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including other engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: While leading the project, remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.

To succeed, you'll need proven experience leading technical teams, strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, and the ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
