We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead the design, development and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) models and Gen AI applications. As a Technical Lead, you will possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deploy LLM models and Gen AI applications using Azure AI services.
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  • Utilize Azure Machine Learning and Azure OpenAI to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
  • Develop expertise in Python and have hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras.
  • Have hands-on experience with Langchain, NLP tools like SpaCy and NLTK.
  • Design, develop and deploy advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  • Apply embedding techniques, evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Evaluate and implement fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA) and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
