Job Opportunity: Gen AI Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Gen AI Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions on ITSM/ITOM modules using best practices.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnership with Business Analysts to understand requirements and possible solutions
  • Ownership of complex business requirements and working them to completion
  • Incident queue ownership and remediation to completion
  • Collaboration with functional teams and external development partners
  • Configuration and improvement of core and custom applications
  • Maintenance of workflows, flow designs, scripts, UI design, ACL, and business rules

You will also configure and maintain notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script includes, and Formatters. Additionally, you will have working knowledge of ITSM/ITOM integrations using out-of-the-box spokes or APIs, develop reports and dashboards using core ServiceNow functionality, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and develop and maintain clear and concise technical and process documentation.
