  • Research & Development: Drive technological advancements by staying at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP breakthroughs.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring highest standards of efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, preferably in AI, machine learning, or software startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership skills in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
