Job Description

The role of a Director is to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation. This includes creating and evolving frameworks for integrating batch processing and streaming architectures to support connected data and ML pipeline executions in real-time.

This position will work closely with technical architects and data scientists to develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for creating actionable insights from complex data patterns. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards.

The selected candidate will possess 12-18 years of experience in Machine Learning model development and application, with a proven track record of building cloud-based products that implement GenAI and ML modelling as a service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy advanced AI and GenAI models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.
  • Work closely with technical architects and data scientists to create and evolve frameworks for integrating batch processing and streaming architectures.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune Generative AI models for creating actionable insights from complex data patterns.
  • Guide automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for model training and inference.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI.
  • Significant hands-on experience in GenAI, AI/ML methodologies, and coding standards.
  • 12-18 years of experience in Machine Learning model development and application.
  • Proven track record of building cloud-based products that implement GenAI and ML modelling as a service.
