Plant Maintenance Expert

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and be able to implement, support, and enhance the module to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end SAP PM module implementations, configuring and customizing Plant Maintenance processes, handling master data management, and developing maintenance plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP PM implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes, including preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in master data configuration and maintenance planning.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have:
  • SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance.
  • Public and private cloud implementation experience.
  • Min 2 to 3 end-to-end S4HANA implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of Fiori apps for SAP PM.
  • Experience in EAM transformation projects.
  • Exposure to SAP PM mobility solutions.
