Job Title: Plant Maintenance Engineer
\We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, ensuring seamless operation of our factory.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- \
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, including FBE, RMG/Saizoner, Sifter, Multimill, Compression, metal detector, capsule filling machine, Coating machine, Blister packing, Auto Cartonator, strip pack machine, checkweigher, etc.\
- Preventive maintenance of all production and packaging machines.\
- Good documentation and communication skills.\
- Knowledge of installation and commissioning of machines and equipment qualifications.\
- Experience with PLC validation and VFD, temperature controller, transmitters, PLC/HMI, and sensors.\
- Manage spare parts inventory for equipment.\
- Collaborative working approach in a team environment.\

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.\

- Strong knowledge of production equipment and machinery.\
