Job Title: Disputes Resolution Specialist

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Disputes Resolution Specialist. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Job Description

The Disputes Resolution Specialist will be responsible for resolving customer disputes related to payments and credit card chargebacks. This involves thoroughly investigating each case, identifying the root cause of the issue, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve customer disputes related to payments and credit card chargebacks
  • Investigate and analyze data to identify the root cause of issues
  • Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
