About Our Enterprise Patch Management Team

We are a leading System Integrator specializing in IT infrastructure, software, cyber security, cloud solutions, and generative AI domains.

Our team delivers cutting-edge IT solutions tailored to drive innovation and accelerate business growth. We are seeking an experienced system administrator to join our enterprise patch management team as a key member of the group responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of our IT systems through proactive management of patches, updates, and compliance measures.

  • Patch Remediation: Design and implement automated remediation for RHEL 7/8/9 systems, ensuring timely and controlled deployment of OS and application patches.
  • Compliance Enforcement: Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, YAML) for enforcement of regulatory standards, including IRDAI, CERT-In, ISO27001:2022, and other relevant benchmarks.
  • Integration & Reporting: Integrate with enterprise tools SIEM, ITSM, LDAP, PIM/PAM, Red Hat IPA/Satellite, and generate audit-ready reports and dashboards for patch status and vulnerability closure.
  • Monitoring & Incident Response: Real-time monitoring of patch management systems for uptime and performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patch Management Automation: Schedule and deploy OS and application patches in a staged and controlled manner.
  2. Sys Admin & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and frameworks.
  3. Vulnerability Closure: Develop automated remediation playbooks for CVEs and STIG/CIS benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux system administration and automation.
  • Proven experience in enterprise patch management and compliance frameworks.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in RHEL 7/8/9.
  • Strong scripting skills: Bash, Python, YAML.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Red Hat Satellite).
  • Familiarity with integration protocols: SNMP, WinRM, SSH.
