Job Opportunity: Automation Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative sales professional to fill a crucial position as an Automation Solutions Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business prospects and driving sales conversions for home and office automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating new business prospects and driving sales conversions for home and office automation solutions.
  • Building relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, MEP consultants, and other key stakeholders to generate business opportunities for automation solutions.
  • Engaging with clients to discuss their requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Sharing project details and updates with the technical team to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Managing payments and ensuring timely releases according to agreed-upon payment stages.

Skill Set:

  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi languages.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Innovative thinking and idea-sharing skills for business growth.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home automation industry or related fields.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
