We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Wayzim Technology Co., Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in new and existing markets through the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Team Management: Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Experience: 3+ years' of sales experience in warehouse Automation.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
