Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships and driving business growth through strategic relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs), identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building on existing relationships and leveraging your expertise to expand our market share.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling a range of consumer and commercial products to HNIs and NRIs, including investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, and cards.
  • Financial Planning and Investment Advisory: Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI and NRI clients, analyzing their needs and proposing suitable products.
  • Relationship Management: Regularly engage with each mapped relationship to ensure portfolio quality, maintain desired relationship values, and deepen customer connections.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management or sales roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport with high net worth clients; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
