As a senior Consultant specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Transforming detailed designs into robust, scalable, and reusable solutions that deliver exceptional user experience driven by the product teams
  2. Familiarity with multiple programming languages, enabling front-end and back-end development and fostering collaboration between team members
  3. Utilizing the latest enterprise application technologies, processes, and tools to deliver frequently, safely, and efficiently and drive business outcomes
  4. Collaborating with others, considering how software fits into the bigger picture and contributing to the company's success
  5. Experience with Continuous Delivery practices and their effect on product quality and delivery and promoting a culture of innovation
  6. Understanding of agile practices and their implementation and driving process improvements
  7. Promoting a DevOps culture, involving deployment and operation of software and ensuring high-quality delivery
  8. Delivering fair outcomes for customers and maintaining financial market orderliness through strategic decision-making

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  2. Proficiency in multiple programming languages and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
  3. Experience with Continuous Delivery practices and agile methodologies and ability to drive process improvements
