Project Lead for Corporate Bank Transformation

You will be joining our team as a Project and Change Lead, driving transformation, continuous improvement, risk remediation, and talent and knowledge management across the Corporate Bank Relationship Transaction Management (RTM) Projects Processes.

The role involves leading high-impact initiatives in partnership with stakeholders globally, collaborating with management across the bank and partners to address top priorities through strategic change.

Key responsibilities include ensuring project success from conception to final implementation, handling multiple complex analyses, and formulating tailored recommendations in a structured management-oriented way.

  • Drive key initiatives on behalf of the bank RTM globally.
  • Work closely with RTM, products, technology, and operations teams to establish and deliver key priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, including read-across and process standardization.
  • Prepare crisp summary statuses for internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a proactive part in further developing RTM by researching and developing best practices, defining project-solving procedures, and building professional working relationships with colleagues and junior team members.
