The Financial Strategy department focuses on MIS reporting and strategic projects. This involves overseeing deliverables across corporate strategy, business performance review, analysis of business and operating models, firmwide budgeting and cost controls, and acquisition screening and industry & competitor analysis. We require expertise in scaling organizations, financial innovation, and partnering with C-level executives.

We are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead our Financial Strategy team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and overseeing the company's financial planning framework, integrating advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven forecasting models
  • Aligning FP&A processes with organizational goals, focusing on agility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Implementing dynamic, driver-based budgeting and forecasting processes to adapt to market changes and business needs
  • Leveraging tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau for real-time scenario modeling and financial insights
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs using advanced dashboards and visual analytics, ensuring real-time performance monitoring
  • Conducting root cause analyses using predictive and prescriptive analytics to enhance decision-making
  • Designing frameworks for big data integration, utilizing tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, and Qlik for advanced financial analysis
  • Collaborating with data science teams to enhance financial models with machine learning algorithms
  • Leading financial modeling and valuation efforts for acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships
  • Leveraging AI-based tools to streamline due diligence and post-merger integration processes
  • Implementing cloud-based cost management tools to monitor and optimize cost structures across service lines and geographies
  • Identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies through automation and technology adoption
  • Driving adoption of cutting-edge FP&A tools like Oracle EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Championing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI in routine FP&A processes to improve speed and accuracy
  • Building and leading a diverse, high-performing FP&A team with expertise in new-age technologies and analytics
  • Creating a culture of innovation, promoting upskilling in AI/ML, cloud, and data visualization tools
  • Presenting financial insights and recommendations to the C-suite, board, and investors using advanced visualization tools
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to operational and technology leaders, bridging finance and strategic decision-making
  • Partnering with IT and digital teams to integrate financial systems with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and ServiceNow
  • Driving initiatives to digitize and modernize FP&A processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and mitigating risks associated with data privacy, cyber threats, and regulatory compliance in financial processes

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of relevant experience in domains of Finance/Strategy/FPA, an MBA, CA & CFA, strong leadership skills, analytical ability and quick thinking, proficiency in advanced tools like Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Oracle EPM, digital transformation experience, excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, entrepreneurial and proactive attitude, accuracy and attention to detail, commitment and ownership, and a drive towards continuously learning, growing, and exceeding expectations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
