Strategic Financial Expert Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide financial analysis and support to various stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform fixed asset accounting activities, including capitalization, disposal, transfers, and master data amendments.
  • Implement monthly depreciation and asset transfers/retirement.
  • Perform month-end close tasks for Fixed Assets and General Ledger.
  • Prepare asset reports, including monthly asset schedules.
  • Support statutory and internal audit requirements for Fixed Assets domain.
  • Maintain detailed controls across RTR FA Accounting processes - CARM activity.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, with an MBA in Finance.
  • 4-6 years of important work experience in F&A BPO or any other industry.
  • Experience in Fixed Asset Accounting, General Ledger, and RTR profile.
  • Excellent customer care and team-playing skills.
  • Familiarity with all Fixed Assets module in SAP application.

Personal Qualities:

  • Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes FAR SL closes and GL close.
  • Aware of Fixed Assets controls and ensure policy adherence.
  • Perform reconciliations proactively working on future GLAT preparation and posting of FI postable journals.
  • Giving ideas, energy, enthusiasm, and support to the continuous improvement of the financial and operational process.

Work Environment:

Capable of working in a deadline-driven environment with excellent customer focus to build relationships with internal and external customers.
