Job Overview:A seasoned finance professional with expertise in program management is sought after to spearhead the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs.
  • Establish analytical insights that provide strategic direction for BCM & DLP initiatives.
  • Manage governance support for Finance BIA-BCP Program, including plan updates, annual certifications, and enterprise resilience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with finance process owners to strengthen resilience, report gaps, and manage relationships.
  • Develop and publish business unit dashboards, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for:
  1. Providing expert analysis on BCM & DLP initiatives to inform strategic decision-making.
  2. Leading the development and implementation of the Finance BIA-BCP Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Managing and maintaining relationships with finance process owners to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  4. Designing and implementing training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, program/project management, compliance, or control management.
  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and influence outcomes.
