Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include mentoring employees to achieve individual and team objectives, as well as ensuring excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience in the water and waste treatment market
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
