Business Development Director - Higher Education

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our higher education business in South Asia. This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for online learning products in India and increase market share in the competitive landscape.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Higher Vocational Officers (HVOs), and expand large accounts for combined learning and assessment adoptions.
  • Grow partnerships and develop a model for sustainable growth.
  • Drive customer engagement through digital sales and marketing channels.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Sales/Business Management or related field preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of the Higher Education/Online Learning market with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of fuelling business growth and leading high-performing teams.
