Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Expertise Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure management team, you will be responsible for managing services on messaging and file transfer technologies.

  • Possess good understanding of automation best practices and their implementation in various scenarios
  • Capable of handling critical escalations ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on business operations
  • Able to work independently propose ideas and collaborate globally across different time zones
  • Comfortable working in a challenging stressful environment where adaptability and resilience are essential
  • Good knowledge on infrastructure management its best practices and modern trends including legacy system maintenance
  • Good understanding of incident change request and release management processes as well as asset license and capacity management
  • Good grasp of resiliency disaster recovery process and business continuity planning
  • Proficient in managing projects reporting timelines and publishing dashboards to track progress
  • Ensure regular resiliency tests exercises are performed according to recommendations
  • Support applications during applicative DRs and be flexible to handle weekend activities as required

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar field
  • Engineering graduate MCA or Computer Science Graduate or Postgraduate degree
