Job Title: Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless service availability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversaw IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilized ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions.
  • Trained and mentored junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards.
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates.
