Job Opportunity:

Network Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide remote technical assistance to consultants and local IT teams in India and Singapore.

This role plays a critical part in the pilot deployment of a new enterprise connectivity initiative, with plans for future rollout across multiple countries. Your strong hands-on ability to configure, troubleshoot, and guide end-users through solutions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to consultants and local IT teams with device setup and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Configure and deploy routers from unboxing to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot Netgear Nighthawk devices and similar enterprise Wi-Fi equipment.
  • Guide end-users during live troubleshooting calls.
  • Manage VPN setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for remote users.
  • Document troubleshooting workflows and escalate to global IT teams when necessary.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in network support or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience in configuring routers, VPNs, and enterprise Wi-Fi devices.
  • Ability to explain and walk through router configuration processes (CLI/GUI).
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL, Cisco AnyConnect, Zscaler, etc.).
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with Netgear Nighthawk or equivalent devices.
  • Excellent English proficiency to effectively guide consultants and IT staff.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to large-scale multi-country IT support rollouts.
