About the Role:
This is a full-time administrative role responsible for overseeing various aspects of office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the general cleanliness, organization, and inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence, acting as a liaison between executives, staff, and external parties
- Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations for executives
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Develop reports, presentations, and other crucial documents to support senior management
- Assist with various administrative tasks for departments like HR and Finance, support company events, and ensure administrative practices comply with company policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
