Key Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee the general cleanliness, organization, and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence, acting as a liaison between executives, staff, and external parties.
- Scheduling & Travel: Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations for executives.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Reporting & Presentations: Develop reports, presentations, and other crucial documents to support senior management.
- Support & Coordination: Assist with various administrative tasks for departments like HR and Finance, support company events, and ensure administrative practices comply with company policies.
