Placement Head

Responsible for leading the Training & Placement Cell, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring maximum student placements across Engineering, Management, Pharmacy and other programs.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Develop and execute annual placement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong corporate relationships for campus drives.
• Organize job fairs, industry interactions, and placement drives.
• Facilitate internships, industrial training, and live projects for students.
• Maintain placement records and publish reports.
• Engage alumni for mentoring and career opportunities.

Skills & Competencies:-

• Excellent communications, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and recruitment practices.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Placement Management Software.

Qualification & Experience :-

• MBA/PGDM in HR/Marketing or equivalent.
• 8-12 years in Corporate Relations, Training & Placements, or Recruitment.

Key Performance Indicators :-

• % of students placed.
• Number of new recruiters added.
• Average package offered.
• Industry tie-ups and MoUs signed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
