Role Overview

As an
HR Intern at PD Consulting
, you will play a key role in supporting
talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and outreach to academic institutions
. This internship is ideal for students or early professionals looking to gain
hands-on HR and business development experience
in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hiring & Onboarding:

  2. Assist in hiring and onboarding interns across multiple verticals.

  3. Coordinate with selected candidates and help them settle into their roles.

  4. College Outreach:

  5. Research and approach colleges/universities to schedule
    webinars, workshops, and info sessions
    for PD Consulting.

  6. Support in designing communication material (emails, outreach templates, follow-ups).

  7. HR Operations:

  8. Maintain structured records of applicants, interns, and webinar schedules.

  9. Support in tracking performance and engagement of onboarded interns.
