JOB DETAILS Partners with business leaders to understand business requirements, talent strategies, and staffing needs to build out an effective, actionable recruitment strategy.Develops recruitment strategy and programs to attract candidates and build talent pipelines. Leads a team of talent acquisition specialists who are responsible for sourcing and hiring of talent, but also works alongside the team to build relationships, source, and hire all levels of positions, including leadership and executive level positions. Partners with HR Managers on internal job posting program and manages the employee referral program. Partners with our Marketing team to build a strong employment brand, and takes steps necessary to ensure a positive candidate experience.
