Senior Manager - PPM Job Description

About Our Team

We are the largest brewer in India, offering a diverse portfolio of iconic brands spanning across more than 100 countries. We are looking to hire a Senior Manager PPM for our People function based out of Bangalore with a flexible work mode.

The role-holder will be responsible for owning and driving the planning and performance cycle in the People team of our organization. This includes managing the People team's budgets, providing valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality and service, and tracking targets and productivity for the People function. Additionally, the role holder will also be responsible for governing financial controls of people overheads and finding efficiencies to deliver financial savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Zero-Based Budgeting process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, Zero-Based Budget reviews, one-year plan management.
  • Leading the cycle of three-year, one-year and other key planning cycles in the people team.
  • Designing and managing manpower blueprint, organization structures and people cost through Anaplan.
  • Providing deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Using organization design principles for optimizing structure design.

Requirements:

We are seeking an MBA graduate from a tier 1 B-School with 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills are required along with fast-mover, quick to adapt with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment. The candidate should also be able to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
