Job Purpose:

  • To establish and maintain strong strategic relationships with national customer accounts in Mumbai HQ.
  • To drive profitable revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • To analyze customer data and market trends to inform sales decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • To develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Vodafone Idea Limited's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue growth targets and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business results and expand customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
